PAYMENTS: Prepayment is required for all reservations. Reservations made more than 28 days prior to arrival require a $200 deposit to confirm the reservation, with final payment being due 28 days prior to arrival. For reservations made less than 28 days prior to arrival the full payment is due at the time of reservation. Reservations cannot be made less than 48 hours prior to arrival. Seven night minimum stay required.

PAYMENT METHODS: Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cashiers Check or Money Order. Make checks payable to: InnHouse Vacation Rentals. Payment can only be accepted in US dollars. Checks can only be accepted if drawn on a US Bank and received no less than 21 days prior to arrival.

EZPay: It’s like layaway for your vacation! Simply pay the deposit at the time of reservation and make payments for your vacation as and when you want to! As you make payments we’ll send you a Guest Statement showing the balance remaining. 

 

CHANGING DATES: Where possible we will try to accommodate changes in your reservation dates, subject to availability. The rate will be adjusted to the published rate for the new rental period. If the new arrival date is after the original arrival date, the payment due dates and cancellation deadlines of the original reservation will remain in effect. Date changes cannot be made less than 28 days prior to arrival and the original dates will remain in effect. Date changes cannot be made to avoid the cancellation fees.

POLICIES: Homes are rented by the night, not the day. Sorry no pets allowed. Our  homes are designed for self catering vacations. Homes are cleaned for your arrival & after your departure. Not responsible for loss of personal property. A small complementary supply of garbage bags, toilet tissue, & hand soap is provided for your arrival. All additional supplies are your responsibility.

 

OCCUPANCIES: The homes are designed, licensed, and furnished to be enjoyed by the following number of guests:    

    3 Bedroom houses…    1-8 guests

    4 Bedroom houses…    1-10 guests

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES: Cancellations made 28 days or more  prior to arrival - your deposit will be returned to you less a  $50 administration fee. Cancellations made 27-15 days prior to arrival - the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental fee. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival - not eligible for a refund. Date changes cannot be made after check-in or to avoid the cancellation fees.
